Place of Dispatch and Shipping Processing Time

The SoliFuse products will be shipped from Shanghai, China.

The standard shipping processing time is 7-30 days (depending on the quantity) after the payment. Congestion will occur during the peak season. If the shipment is not delivered within 3 days after the standard delivery preparation time, we will inform you of the situation by email.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time

Our standard shipping method is global sea transportation.

Order Tracking

Once your product is sent, we will immediately update the tracking number to your purchase account and you will receive an alert email.

You may not be able to track the express package in the first 1-2 days. Please don't be anxious about this. This is a normal site, and the express company needs a certain order processing cycle.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We quote FOB prices without customs duties, VAT and customs fees, etc. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
