We have two kinds of filaments for 3D printing channel letter returns:
Lighttight Series
The lighttight series is special for 3D printing those areas where no light is expected.
Translucent Series
The translucent series has a proper light transmittance and gives a soft and even light transmission effect.
Avoid deformation and warping when printing big letters
Common filaments will cause deformation when 3D printing over 12 inches straight returns, especially when the letter height is bigger than 2.5 inches.
SoliFuse PEA channel letter 3D printing filaments have a low shrink rate and low deformation under cold air impact. It’s a huge advance when 3D printing big LED channel letters. Distorted letter returns will cost you more effort when installing the backplates and the panels.
No pigment leaching when using liquid acrylic
Our PEA filaments have good insolubility with liquid acrylic UV resin.
Due to this advanced feature, you can always get a nice and clean panel without a parti-color.
